The Fashions and Florals 2026 event, “Nightfall in the Garden,” was a tremendous success. This spectacular gala served as a fundraiser supporting the new microforest initiative in Coral Gables, as well as our continued commitment to the habitat restoration project at Camp Mahachee.
The evening was truly fabulous, thanks to the outstanding leadership of our co-chairs, Barbara Reese and Jo Wanda Peterson. Their dedication and vision helped make this event both elegant and impactful.
Special thanks also go to Julian Chang, designer for the evening’s fashion show. The presentation was executed with exceptional professionalism, and the fashions were absolutely stunning, adding glamour and excitement to an unforgettable night.
We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our sponsors for their generous support of this special occasion. Because of their contributions and the generosity of our guests, we raised more money this year than ever before to benefit our environmental projects.
These important initiatives will have a lasting positive impact on the City of Coral Gables and its residents for years to come.
